§ 6.04.010 REQUIRED RESTRAINT.
   Any and all animals that are not properly restrained inside a residential dwelling, commercial building, or any other such enclosed building or structure, shall be properly restrained by rope, chain, leash, reins, or other similar device or enclosed within a fence of sufficient quality and construction to prevent such animal from escaping.
