§ 2.16.010 MEMBERS.
   The maximum number of employees (and their respective capacities) employed by the City Police Department shall be as follows:
   (A)   The total maximum number of full-time police officers shall be ten, three of which shall serve as school resource officers; and
   (B)   The total maximum number of part-time police officers shall be two.
