(A) Farmers may sell any fruit or vegetable that is raised on their farm that is not in conflict with any federal or state laws.
(B) (1) Any plants such as sweet potato, tomato, or any other legal plant that could be used by the home gardener or farmer can be sold.
(2) The plants must be grown on farms and not commercially purchased for resale.
