(A) The location for all regularly scheduled Council meetings will be at the city’s Firehouse next to the housing project. The day of such meetings will be the third Tuesday of every month and the time will be 6:00 p.m.
(B) The City Attorney will be present at all special and regular meetings of the City Council upon the request of any Council member or the Mayor. The request or requests shall be made in writing, stating the subject matter and any questions within five working days.
