§ 115.06 FIREWORKS PERMIT.
   A valid retail fireworks permit must be prominently displayed at each location at all times during the hours of operation. The County Judge-Executive or their designee may revoke or suspend any retail fireworks permit of any site in violation of this chapter, Chapter 227 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, or any other part of county ordinances.
