§ 110.072 WHEN POLLS ARE OPEN.
   The licensee shall be permitted according to KRS 244.290 to sell or dispense any distilled spirits, wine or malt beverages during the hours that the polls are open on any regular or primary election day. KRS 244.290 was amended on June 25, 2013, permitting sales.
