(A) The County ABC Administrator shall not grant any alcoholic beverage license or approve a renewal of a license until the applicant and the place proposed for business shall apply with all applicable building codes.
(B) A license will not be issued by the County ABC Administrator unless there exists at least 100 feet between the front door of a licensee and the front door of a school, church, daycare, or nursery. The County ABC Administrator has the authority to waive this distance requirement.
