§ 110.045 TRANSFER OR ASSIGNMENT.
   No license issued under this chapter shall be transferred or assigned, as to either licensee or location, except with prior approval of the County ABC Administrator, and not then until a payment of $100 shall be made to the County ABC Administrator.
