An additional 911 emergency telephone service funding fee of $0.50 per month shall be collected from each residential telephone subscriber located in the county and served by the 911 emergency telephone service making a total fee of $2 per month, and an additional 911 emergency service funding fee of $0.50 per month shall be collected from each commercial telephone subscriber located in the county and served by the 911 emergency telephone service making a total fee of $3.40 per month.
