§ 36.02 COUNTY SHERIFF SERVICE OF PROCESS FEES.
   An additional fee of $10 shall be assessed on all service of subpoenas and civil summons by the County Sheriff. These funds shall be disbursed monthly to County Fiscal Court. Collection of the funds shall begin June 1, 2003.
