§ 36.01 DISTRICT AND CIRCUIT COURT FILING FEES AND COURT COSTS.

   (A)   Additional fees in District Court shall be assessed as follows:

      (1)   In all traffic offense cases, a fee of $10 be added to the court costs;

      (2)   In probate cases, a filing fee of $10 be added to each filing fee;

      (3)   In misdemeanor cases, a cost of $20 be added to the court costs;

      (4)   In small claim cases, a fee of $10 be added to all filing fees; and

      (5)   In civil cases, a fee of $10 be added to all filing fees.

   (B)   Additional fees in Circuit Court shall be assessed as follows:

      (1)   In civil cases, a fee of $25 be added to filing fees;

      (2)   In criminal cases, a cost of $25 be added to court costs; and

      (3)   In civil cases that are appealed from the Circuit Court to the Court of Appeals, a fee of $25 be added to the filing fees.

   (C)   The funds shall be disbursed quarterly to County Fiscal Court by the State Department of Finance on behalf of the County Circuit Court Clerk. Collection of the funds shall begin September 1, 2003.
