Building plans shall show the location and placement of any existing and proposed fire hydrants, fire lanes and access roads on both public and private property as required by this chapter, subject to the approval of the Planning and Zoning Administrator, or his or her designated representative, in cooperation with the recommendations of the Fire Chief (references to the Fire Chief herein specifically refer to the Fire Chief of the Fire Protection District or area in which the subject property is located) or his or her designated representative, before any actual construction has begun.
