§ 151.050 DESIGNATION OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATOR.
   The County Fiscal Court hereby appoints the County Judge-Executive, or his or her designee, to administer, implement and enforce the provisions of this chapter by granting or denying development permits in accordance with its provisions, and is herein referred to as the Floodplain Administrator.
