§ 151.001 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   The Legislature of the state has in KRS Chapter 100 delegated to local government units the authority to adopt regulations designed to promote the public health, safety and general welfare of its citizenry. Therefore, the County Fiscal Court hereby adopts the following floodplain management chapter.
