§ 150.038 REPAIR OR DEMOLITION WHEN ORDER NOT COMPLIED WITH.
   If the owner fails to comply with the Fiscal Court order, the county may enter upon the premises for the purpose of making repairs, alterations, improvements or demolition of the structure. The amount of the costs incurred by the county in the repair, alteration, improvement or demolition of the structure shall be secured by a lien upon the real estate upon which the cost was incurred. If the structure is caused to be removed or demolished by the Fiscal Court, the Court shall sell all materials of the structure capable of being sold and shall credit the proceeds of the sale against the cost of removal or demolition and any balance remaining shall be held by the Fiscal Court for distribution to the person found to be entitled thereto by final order or decree of the Circuit Court.
