For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
OWNER. The holder of fee simple title.
PARTIES IN INTEREST. All persons, firms, banks, associations or corporations who have interests of record in any structure, or who are in possession thereof.
STRUCTURE. Any unoccupied building or part thereof including outbuildings, appurtenant structures, mobile homes, basements, cisterns and wells.
UNINCORPORATED AREAS. All unincorporated areas of Oldham County with the exception of the City of Crestwood, which shall be included as an entity affected and being subject to this subchapter.
