§ 150.002 DESIGNATED ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.
    The County Planning and Development Services, Building Inspection Division, shall be designated as the local enforcement agency for the State Building Code. All Building Code inspections shall be performed by persons certified by the State Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction. All electrical inspections shall be performed by persons certified by the State Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction as an electrical inspector.
