It shall be an affirmative defense under this chapter if the person charged with violation of the chapter did seek the aid of and cooperated with law enforcement personnel of the county to prevent minors from possessing or consuming alcoholic beverages in violation of state law all within one hour after the use or possession of alcoholic beverages by any person under 21 years began.
