(A) The owners or occupants of property shall be prohibited from allowing persons under the age of 21 years to remain on their property while in the possession of alcoholic beverages or while consuming alcoholic beverages.
(B) No person being the owner or occupant or otherwise in possession of any property located within the county shall knowingly allow any person under the age of 21 years to remain on his or her property while in the possession of alcoholic beverages or while consuming alcoholic beverages.
