Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50 and no more than $250 or by imprisonment for a term of not to exceed 90 days, or both by a fine and imprisonment; except that a corporation shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 and no more than $5,000. Each day that a person violates or fails to comply with the terms of the ordinance shall constitute a separate offense under this chapter.
