The franchisee shall maintain its CATV system in accordance with accepted industry and FCC technical standards, and shall endeavor to make reasonable efforts to improve and modify its CATV system, as technology and the state of the art permits. As many television signals as possible will be transmitted by the CATV system to its subscribers, subject to FCC approval, where necessary.
