The franchisee shall specify in its proposal the type and capacity of the equipment to be installed and no changes in the type and capacity equipment to be installed shall be allowed unless change is at least equal to or better than that proposed in the application. The franchisee shall install a first quality cable system using equipment designed by a major supplier of CATV equipment.
