(A) There is hereby created the County Extension District, whose boundaries shall be coexistent with the boundaries of the county, and which shall henceforth, from the adoption of this section, constitute a governmental subdivision of the state and a public body corporate.
(B) There is hereby created the County Extension Board to be composed of the County Judge- Executive and six other county residents appointed in accordance with KRS 164.635, the Board to possess all powers granted unto it pursuant to KRS 164.605 to 164.675 and other applicable law.
