§ 31.01 PURPOSE AND SCOPE.

   (A)   The purpose of this subchapter is to adopt the following recommended reapportioned magistrate districts, providing for by the appointed Commissioners, filed with the County Clerk on August 16, 2011, those eight districts being all magisterial districts in the county.

   (B)   These districts are identified by the boundaries as outlined §§ 31.02 through 31.09.
