§ 94.07 ADMINISTERING AGENCY.
   The purpose of this chapter is to establish a uniform countywide program for protection of the environment from uncontrolled releases of hazardous materials to be administered by existing agencies of local government. The County Emergency Management Agency shall be the lead agency in administering this chapter.
