§ 94.02 APPLICABILITY.
   Pursuant to authority of KRS Chapters 39A through 39F, the provisions of this chapter shall apply to all persons who manufacture, use, store or transport hazardous materials in quantities prescribed by this chapter and as defined herein within the entire area of the county, including all incorporated and unincorporated areas thereof.
