§ 90.53 COSTS.
   Any reasonable costs incurred by the Chief of Police in the seizing, impounding and for confining any poisonous reptile or dangerous animal shall be charged against the owner, keeper or harborer of the animal and shall be collected by the County Attorney. The charge shall be in addition to any fine or penalty provided for violating this subchapter.
