§ 52.23 OBSTRUCTIONS TO BE REMOVED.
   Any temporary or permanent obstruction to safe and easy access to the areas to be inspected and/or monitored shall be removed promptly by the person at the written or verbal request of the county. The costs of clearing this access shall be borne by the person.
