§ 52.02 JURISDICTION.
   This chapter shall govern all unincorporated properties within the jurisdictional boundaries of the county and all incorporated area within the boundaries of the county where incorporated areas have passed a resolution supporting the enforcement of this chapter by county officials within the incorporated areas.
