The Solid Waste Coordinator may request the action of a court of law to enjoin any violations of this chapter or any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder. In the event a solid waste permit is revoked by the state or the county, and the person continues to operate, the Solid Waste Coordinator may request the action of a court of law to enjoin the continued operation of the site or facility.
