To insure the strict compliance with all of the above conditions, the applicant shall deposit with the county cash or a certified check, or execute a bond with a corporate surety authorized to do a surety business in the state. The amount of cash, certified check or bond shall be fixed at the rate of $5,000 per acre of liner constructed or portion thereof. Initial applications for a CDDL must submit a minimum guarantee to cover one acre of constructed liner, or $5,000.
