In instances where continued operation or construction of the CDDL in violation of this chapter will pose an immediate risk to the human safety or the environment, or repeated violations have been made by the operator, the Solid Waste Coordinator shall have the right to impose a stop work order. Issuance of a stop work order shall be made in writing and given to the operator of the CDDL and the landowner. The stop work order shall stipulate the corrective actions that must take place in order to resume operations at the CDDL.
