The penalty for each violation of this chapter shall be $25, in the event the vehicle is not removed within twenty 24 hours of the first citation the owner of said vehicle shall be subject to an additional $25 for the second offense and $50 for the third offense and each violation thereafter. Any vehicle(s) parked in violation of this chapter may be towed at the owner’s expense if the vehicle has not been removed within 24 hours from the issuance of the first citation.
