§ 130.24  KEEPING GAMBLING ESTABLISHMENTS.
   No person shall keep any building, or part of any building, or any other place in the city, to be used or occupied for gambling, or wherein any game of chance for money or other property is played, and any person, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $50, and shall stand committed until such fine is paid.
