§ 130.05  AIDING RESISTANCE TO, OR ESCAPE FROM OFFICER.
   No person shall, in the city, aid or assist any person to resist or escape from any officer, or from the lawful confinement of this city, and any person shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than $50 and stand committed until such fine is paid.
