§ 130.04  INSULTING FEMALES.
   Any person who shall, in the city, make impudent, insulting or licentious advance to any female person, upon any street, or in any store, or in any other public place shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in a sum not exceeding $50, and stand committed until such fine is paid.
