§ 130.02  PROFANE OR DISORDERLY LANGUAGE.
   No person in the city shall curse, swear, quarrel or use any violent, obscene or threatening language, or make any threats against the person or property of any person or persons, and any person so doing shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in a sum not less than $1 nor more than $50, and stand committed until such fine is paid.
