§ 30.07  FORM OF GOVERNMENT; MEETINGS; SALARIES.
   The form of government for the city is the City Council form. The regular meetings of the City Council shall be held monthly at time and date as set by the City Council. The salaries of the Mayor and Alderman of the city shall be as set by ordinance from time to time. The administrative and bookkeeping functions of the city shall be vested in the Office of the City Finance Officer.
