A lot shall not hereafter be divided into two (2) or more lots, unless each lot resulting therefrom conforms to all the applicable regulations of the zoning district in which located and each complies with the Okmulgee subdivision regulations requirements for minor subdivisions procedures and standards for the subdivision of land within the jurisdiction of the Okmulgee planning commission.
