16.28.040: ENFORCEMENT AND VALIDITY:
After the effective date hereof, no plan, plat, or replat of land located within the city limits shall be accepted for record by the county clerk of Okmulgee County unless the plan, plat, or replat has been approved by the city council of Okmulgee, Oklahoma. (Ord. 1070 § 9, 1964)
