16.26.040: REQUIREMENTS SUBSEQUENT TO ACCEPTANCE OF PLAN:
   A.   Subsequent to the acceptance of a drainage plan for a subdivision, and prior to the approval of the final plat or replat of the subdivision, the developer or owner shall complete all detention and drainage facilities called for in the drainage plan. Upon completion of the designated improvements, the developer or owner shall submit as built drawings to the city engineer for review and acceptance.
   B.   The city engineer shall forward the drainage as built drawings to the planning and zoning commission along with the final plat for approval. Certificates of occupancy will be issued by the city after the final plat and all improvement plans have gained acceptance from the city council. (Ord. 1628 §§ 1, 5, 1988)
