A drainage plan shall be submitted to and accepted by the planning and zoning commission prior to or in conjunction with the submittal of any preliminary plat or final replat of any subdivision of land.
A subdivision of land for the purpose of this drainage chapter shall include the following development projects:
   A.   Single-family residential additions of five (5) or more acres (approximately 30 units);
   B.   Multi-family residential projects of ten (10) living units or more;
   C.   Any commercial/retail development consisting of twenty five thousand (25,000) square feet or more in land area;
   D.   Industrial development or expansion of five (5) or more acres. (Ord. 1628 §§ 1, 2, 1988)
