16.24.110: UNDERGROUND DRAINAGE; EMERGENCY OVERFLOW:
Where an underground drainage system is installed, emergency surface drainage overflows shall be provided to prevent possible flooding in the event of failure of the underground drainage system. (Ord. 1070 § 5.55, 1964)
