16.24.050: SIDEWALKS; SPECIFICATIONS:
When sidewalk construction is required by the planning commission, it shall be the duty and responsibility of the planning commission to, in writing, establish specifications for the construction of such sidewalks. (Ord. 1349 § 2, 1978: Ord. 1070 § 5.32, 1964)
