16.04.290: PUBLIC UTILITY:
"Public utility" means any utility owned or operated by a public or quasi-public agency, including, but not limited to, flood protection and drainage, sanitary sewage, water supply and electrical distribution. (Ord. 1070 § 10, 1964)
