16.04.240: OWNER'S CERTIFICATE AND DEDICATION:
"Owner's certificate and dedication" means a notarized statement by the owners of the land being subdivided certifying that they are the sole owners, all streets and alleys shown on the plat are dedicated to public use, and all easements for utilities and drainage are reserved as shown on the plat. (Ord. 1070 § 10, 1964)
