14.24.040: FIRE PREVENTION:
Adequate firefighting apparatus and supplies approved by the city fire department shall be maintained on the drilling site at all times during drilling and production operations. All machinery, equipment and installations on all drilling sites within the city limits shall conform to such requirements as may from time to time be issued by the fire department. (Ord. 1939 § 6, 2009)
