Only steel slush pits shall be permitted in connection with the drilling operation. All deleterious substances, as defined herein, and all liquid with oil content, gasoline or other derivatives or byproducts, sand sludge, or other waste produced in connection with the drilling, cleaning, washing, reworking or operating any oil, gas or disposal well shall be captured and retained until transported to a proper disposal facility approved by the corporation commission. The steel pit and its contents shall be removed from the premises and the drilling site within thirty (30) days after completion of the well. (Ord. 1939 § 5, 2009)
