14.20.030: SUMP PITS:
The sump pits constructed in connection with any oil and/or gas well separator, as more particularly described in section 14.20.020 of this chapter, shall be steel tanks not less than sixteen feet (16') in diameter and not less than four feet (4') deep or other installations approved by the corporate commission. (Ord. 1369 § 6C, 1979)
