All drill stem tests in connection with the drilling or reworking operations of any well within the city limits shall be conducted during daylight hours. During the test, the well effluent which is produced must not be allowed to spill upon, flow across, or otherwise be allowed to cause pollution to the waters of the city on the land within the city. Adequate advance notice to the city shall be required to enable a city representative to be present and observe. (Ord. 1939 § 4, 2009)
